I watched 1.2 youtube videos about how to cut your hair, went into the bathroom with a pair of scissors, ignored everything I was supposed to have learned, and cut my hair. Turns out I’m a natural! At giving myself messy hair with uneven bangs and irregular short patches. Who wants a haircut from me? They cost one hundred dollars.
I lost count at six but now I have to go to work. I am like an augur but with pop music instead of birds.

Whoa, on that last.fm gender/age cloud thing, Chain and the Gang is the closest thing to an “only girls like this band” band in the world, except for Ani Difranco. They’re even more “only girls like this” than Hole, Miranda Lambert or Tori Amos. WEIRD. I think it’s because girls have boners for Ian Svenonius, which would be a great bumper sticker.

I keep reading about albums, getting excited, checking out a song on youtube, downloading an album, and going “Wait, this is sooooooo boring.” Maybe I need to start smoking weed again or something.
It’s just that reverb doesn’t make some boring chords and a melody turn compelling.
I’m pretty over the “everybody’s got a giant boner for reverb” thing.
